Access into Geelong is via the Princes Highway, a direct route from Melbourne that enables a hassle-free drive. The Gull Airport Service operates a regular scheduled service between the Tullamarine Airport & Avalon Airport and Geelong.

From the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne try the Queenscliff-Sorrento Car and Passenger Ferry Service which operates hourly, 365 days a year.

V-Line operates a comfortable rail service from Spencer Street Station in central Melbourne. The Geelong railway station is an easy 10-minute walk from the conference venue.
