Description:

Come and join us in person for a day focused on DIMPs!

Organised in partnership with HETI, this event aims to promote collaboration among DIMPs and other professionals. It will provide a platform for sharing knowledge on clinical projects and developments, whether completed, in progress, or still planned. The goal is for each centre across NSW and the ACT to have a representative give a brief presentation about their recent projects, including challenges faced, and to encourage discussion and engagement among attendees. Additionally, the event will be an enjoyable day that offers networking and learning opportunities for all attendees, with catering provided for in-person attendees.

If you are interested in attending, register now! If you are interesting in presenting on behalf of your department/service, please email Anthony.Slattery@health.nsw.gov.au

You’ve been summoned to the inaugural DIMPs & Development (D&D) Day!

Date: 15th June 2026
Location: NSW Health, 1 Reserve Road, St. Leonards NSW 2065

This is no mere side quest!

It is an epic campaign of professional development and collaboration, where DIMPs and other like-minded adventurers from across the realm are invited to showcase their in-house research and development projects!

Adventurers from each centre are encouraged to give a short tale of their current pursuits, whether ongoing, completed, or still in the planning tavern. These need not be legendary feats worthy of a Nobel prize; practical, day-to-day innovations and insights that may aid your fellow party members are worthy enough!

If you’re interested, be prepared to grab your gear, gather your party and roll for initiative! Save the date and level up!

In-person attendance is strongly preferred and encouraged, but Zoom will be made available for those who really can't make it on site.

Registrations for the in-person event will close on Monday 1st June 2026.

As this will be a catered-for event, we will be in touch regarding dietary requirements closer to the time.
