Anita Reed, Branch Chair
The WA branch of the College represents approximately 100 members working in Radiation Oncology, Radiology, Nuclear medicine, Radiopharmaceutical Science, Radiation Protection, Biomedical Engineering, teaching and academics throughout hospitals, universities, private contracting, and government organisations within WA.
The branch is run by a committee of volunteers who meet regularly and serve as a liaison between its local members and the ACPSEM whilst focusing on issues specific to WA. The branch supports and organises CPD events as well as social events and holds an Annual Meeting to discuss issues both local and national.
The aims and objectives of the branch are like those of the national body, with a special focus on issues relevant to the state.
The WA Branch holds a number of social and scientific events throughout the year including the annual branch scientific meeting where members & students get to share their recent works with the branch. The branch offers two annual awards: a written award and the John Black Student Award.
The WA Branch is proud to be hosting EPSM 2027! Join us on the west coast as we showcase the very best of Perth’s innovation and hospitality.
