Job Description
Alfred Health Radiation Oncology is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Radiation Oncology Medical Physics Registrar. As our new Registrar, you will join a team of highly skilled and experienced Radiation Oncology Medical Physicists.
As part of the TEAP Program, you will gain experience in a range of clinical medical physics services including radiation safety, radiation dosimetry, radiotherapy equipment, and treatment planning.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience Required
- ACPSEM approved undergraduate degree in physics
- Eligibility to enrol in ACPSEM Radiation Oncology Medical Physics Training, Education and Assessment Program
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and interact with patients as required
- Ability to work out of hours and flexibly as required
- A demonstrated high level of oral and written communication and associated interpersonal skills
- Hold or eligible to hold a Victorian Radiation Use Licence
