Job Description
X-ray Safety Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hard-working and dynamic individual to join our small but growing team. We provide comprehensive radiology medical physics services to a broad range of clients, predominantly across Queensland and northern New south Wales.
The ideal candidate would have recently completed their M.Sc. or be graduating at the end of this year. This current role may well lead on to a full-time, fixed term contract or permanent appointment.
The role involves road and air travel - predominately day trips - as well as less frequent overnight trips of one or two nights duration.
Salary and conditions
- $49.04 - $72.08 per hour (dependent on experience) + superanuation
- Ability to work from home when not required at client sites
- Allowance per km for use of own car (required)
- You would need to be based in South East QLD or Northern NSW

Job Requirement
Mandatory requirements:
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Recognised Bachelor Degree in Physics (or equivalent)
- Higher degree in medical physics suitable for admission to TEAP (or due to graduate this year)
- C-class driving licence
- Customer focussed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desirable requirements:
- State X-ray use licence covering all main modalities
- Accreditation / consulting radiation expert certificate issued by Health Department / EPA
