Important Changes to the ACPSEM Membership Renewal Process

As of the 2026 membership renewal year, ACPSEM will automatically raise membership invoices for all members
We will provide instructions for how to quickly and easily pay your invoice when membership renewal opens at the beginning of next year.
Also, from the 2026 membership renewal year, ACPSEM will no longer be extending the grace period for overdue membership fees
The membership renewal window will open from Tuesday 3 February to Tuesday 31 March.
After 31 March 2026, we will issue three overdue notices with further opportunities for those invoices to be paid.
On Wednesday 15 April, any unpaid memberships will be resigned, and invoices cancelled.
Why Are We Making These Changes?
As you may be aware, the College’s operations are supported by a small full-time team of six staff, including only two membership staff and one accounts officer.
Automatically raising invoices for membership, removing the grace period, and enforcing clear payment deadlines allows us to manage the renewal process for more than 1,000 members efficiently and accurately. Additionally, automating renewal workflows with strict data verification rules helps us to reduce risk, improve system accuracy, and maintain a reliable membership database.
All these factors help ensure our team can focus more of their time on developing programs, initiatives, and support for the wider membership.
Key Dates
We are aiming to ensure all members are prepared and well-supported during the transition to a more structured membership renewal period.
