Each year on 7 September, World Radiotherapy Awareness Day (WRAD) brings together healthcare professionals, patients, advocates, and organisations worldwide to raise awareness of the life-saving role of radiotherapy and advocate for equitable access to treatment. United by the theme "One Voice for Radiotherapy," the campaign highlights the vital contribution of radiotherapy to cancer care and the importance of ensuring everyone who can benefit from it has access to this essential treatment.
