All Supervisors have now been enrolled in a new Supervisor Education Module on ALEX.
The module is mandatory for all Supervisors of grant-funded Registrars and for RPS Supervisors orienting themselves to supervisor-led learning outcome assessment.
The module invites supervisors to think about the definition of supervision including non-technical skills beyond just their expertise as a medical physicist or radiopharmaceutical scientist.
All supervisors are asked to complete the module, noting that it will attract CPD points under the category of Reviewing Performance.
All members, who are considering becoming supervisors or who want to think more closely about giving and receiving feedback, should also consider doing the module. A worksheet template in support of this will be released in tandem with the next ACPSEM CPD webinar in late September.
