FREE - ACPSEM Nuclear Medicine Specialty Group Webinar:
Motion Correction in PET, SPECT and CT, presented by A/Prof Roger Fulton
The ACPSEM Nuclear Medicine Specialty Group has organised a free one hour webinar for all members of the College. This webinar will be chaired by Nicholas Forwood, Nuc Med Specialty Group Chair and the presentation particularly targets DIMP Registrars and DIMP Medical Physicists.
Roger Fulton has been working on methods of tracking and correcting for head motion in SPECT, PET and CT for more years than he would care to remember. In this talk he will briefly describe his work in each of these modalities, demonstrate the improvements in image quality they can deliver in the clinical and research imaging environments, and discuss the scope for further development and the wider adoption of motion correction technologies in the future. Roger is a Conjoint Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney, a Principal Nuclear Medicine Physicist at Westmead Hospital, and a Fellow of the ACPSEM’.
Please feel free to invite anyone who would benefit from these webinars. A zoom link will be sent to those who are registered for this webinar. These webinars are interactive and all questions and comments are welcome.
