Description:
The ACPSEM intends to hold a General Meeting on Thursday 23 March 2023 at 12:00 pm (AEDT). The purpose of this meeting is to appoint an auditor by way of ordinary resolution.
The General Meeting will be held at the ACPSEM office at Suite 7.12, Aero 247, 247 Coward Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020 and via Zoom. Attendance via Zoom is strongly encouraged.
We anticipate that the meeting should take no longer than 30 minutes and encourage as many members as possible to attend.
The proposed resolution is detailed in the Notice of General meeting, however note that the actual auditor will be identified closer to the meeting given that appointment related processes continue.
